8 p.m. 8th August, 2008. BeiJing Olympic Games which Chinese people and the whole world are longing for has begun finally! China is hosting the Olympics for the first time. For the Chinese the number “8” is an auspicious number, Chinese people like to get real luck and fortune from these things and it indicates that everyone wishes BeiJing Olympics a great success. Though ChengDu is far from BeiJing, we bought a huge screen and a projecter and color Televisions in every private room and a big Moive room with a wide screen TV-set so that our guests can enjoy as if were watching the games in the stadium and share excitement, expectation and hearts touched by dramas with Chinese people.
