| The following rules are for both our guests and staff to arrange the rooms efficiently for all travellers, without wasting your time and to avoid dissapointment. We hope that by reading what follows, we will be able to avoid any problems that may be caused by room reservation. | When you are making a reservation at our guesthouse, please tell us the following information: | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 2. | Booking Confirmation | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| After you send us your reservation email, we will email you back to confirm if we have room available or not. Your reservation is only confirmed once you have received your confirmation email. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 3. | Cut off time | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| (1) | Only when we have received the information about your arrival in Chengdu, your booking will be confirmed and effective. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| (2) | If you will arrive in Chengdu before 10 am we can keep your room until midday. After 11am we can only hold your room until two hours after your designated time of arrival. If you know you will arrive after this time, please call our reception. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| (3) | If someone arrives at our guesthouse without a prior booking, and they need the room (or bed) which you booked, and you have not arrived after your cut off time without any contact, we will sell this room (or bed) to this customer. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| (4) | Cut off time does not exist if you have already paid for the room (or bed) or deposit for travel arrangement. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 4. | Paying Deposit | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| We normally ask our customers who live in China to pay a deposit to book our room, if you are booking more than one room, and especially during busy travel season if you pay for the room beforehand, your rooms are surely reserved. | 5. | Airport Pickup Service Available | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 6. | Check in/out time | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| (1) | You can check in anytime when the room is ready. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| a. | In the event whereby the room (or bed) you booked is still occupied by other customer, please wait until the check out time 12:00 noon. If you would like to go out but the room (or bed) is not ready, please use our luggage store service for free at reception. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| b. | In the event whereby the rooms are not yet cleaned by house-keeping, guest can choose to proceed with the usual check in while house-keeping shall be arranged immediately. As per daily routine, all house-keeping are scheduled to be completed by around 15:00-17:00. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| c. | In the event of checking in after midnight, we will still charge you the full price of the room as according to your reservation, this is to guarantee that we keep the room for you. For example, if you made a reservation for a night of 1 st , and checked in early morning of 2 nd , you still need to pay the full price for 1 st. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| (2) | Our check out time is 12: 00 noon. To ensure proper time management for house-keeping and allocation of reserved rooms for all our guest, we seek your understanding in the following areas of concerns. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| a. | If you check out after 12:00, but before 18:00, we charge you additional 50% of the room charge. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| b. | If you check out after 18:00, one extra full-day charges of the same room will be added to your bill. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| c. | If you want to stay with us longer than your initial reservation, please let us know as early as possible, (especially in peak season) as we can not guarantee the room will still be available after your initial check out date, and to avoid disappointment. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 7. | Cancelling room reservations | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| If you wish to cancel a room reservation for the current day. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| (1) | If you cancel the reservation before noon, you do not have to pay and we will refund your money if you have already paid. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| (2) | If you cancel the reservation between 12:00 noon and 18:00, we will charge 50% of the room rate. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| (3) | If you cancel the reservation after 18:00, you must pay 100% of the room rate. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 8. | Booking Dorm Bed | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| (1) | If you are more than one people and booking dorm beds, we try to arrange all of you in a same room. But please be prepared if we are not able to arrange. This could happen to avoid other customers don't feel happy to change room. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| (2) | All of our dormitory rooms are mixed. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| (3) | All of our dormitory beds are top/bottom bed. If you are not convenient to sleep on top bed, we try to arrange you a bottom bed, so please inform us in advance. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 9. | Cancellation | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| If you have paid for the room for booking and need to cancel, we can refund as follows: | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| (1) | Before noon of the day of booking --- 100% refund | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| (2) | Between noon and 4 pm on the day of booking --- 50 % refund | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| (3) | After 4 pm on the day of booking --- no refund | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| (4) | If you need us to send the money, we will deduct the service charge and send the remaining amount. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
