Ticket Booking Notice and Conditions

1.

Please make sure all of the information written on the ticket booking form (or reciept) is correct before signing the form (or reciept).

2.

Please write clearly on the form (or reciept) if you have any particular requests . Unwritten confirmation is not enough proof and might cause problems.

3.

Please inform us of all methods of transport (train, bus, flight, etc.) you are willing to accept, and other information such as departure date, destination, flight number if the route is very busy, and write all of the possible choices in order of preference. If none of the acceptable methods of transport are available and we are not able to find or contact you, then we will not book your ticket.

4.

Please come to collect your ticket before the appointed time. If you are not able to come to collect before the time, please let us know when you book the ticket.

5. When you collect your ticket, please make sure the information on the ticket is correct, such as departure date, place (or bus terminal) of departure, destination, and the name and passport number on air tickets.
6. After we have booked your ticket, we are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by the railway, bus or flight company. Sometimes the airline company may change their flight details and we can not let you know if we have no contact number. Please reconfirm the flight one day in advance.
7. When the travel route is very busy, even if we have received your deposit we are still not 100% sure we will be able to arrange the ticket for you. Please read the following reasons:
  (1). Bus ticket---Because bus terminals do not accept any advance booking by phone, email, fax, etc., we have to send someone to buy the ticket at the bus terminal ticket counter. When we phone to confirm the tickets are still available, we send someone to buy the tickets immediately. Sometimes the tickets sell out before they can get to the ticket counter.
  (2). Train ticket---At the moment it is very difficult to accurately know the availability of train tickets because of many problems. During the high tourism season, it is still very difficult for us to book tickets even if you request them on the first day of availability.
  (3). Plane ticket---When you ask for the availability of flight tickets, we are only able to check the present information. This is changing all the time. We will only make the booking when you have made your decision and are ready to pay for the ticket. When you pay the deposit, if we are not able to check the present availability (if the ticket booking counter is off duty or our internet is not working properly), the situation could have changed by the time we are able to book and the ticket or the flight may no longer be available.
8. When the train routes are very busy, we will tell you gchecking timeh, and this is very important for smooth arrangement. Normally they start re-selling cancelled tickets 2 days in advance of the departure. We try to get this kind of ticket as soon as they are made available. Please come to the counter or call us to see if we were able to buy these tickets, and if we could not get the ticket we will discuss other options.
9. We are not able to help you change or cancel your ticket after it has been booked. Please go to the gForeigner's counterh or gCancel ticket counterh by yourself. If you are unable to do this yourself, we can help you, but will charge you for this service.
10. The cancel and change policy for all tickets is based on the rules of the transport organisation. Please ask us if you would like to know the details in advance.
