In order to develop tourism and maintain the prosperity of Tibet, all inbound foreign tourists must read and agree to the clauses provided in this agreement before a permit can be issued.

1.Diplomats, press agents, Tibetan immigrants and people who are related to Tibet-Free organization or activities are not allowed to apply for the permit here.

2. All foreign tourists in Tibet must not do anything to harm the peace and prosperity of Tibet; don't do anything to destroy Tibetan way of life and their cultural heritage, and you will take full responsibility for your actions.

3. The Tibet Entry Permit only allows you to travel inside Lhasa and a very limited area surrounding the city. It does not allow you to travel outside of Lhasa. Travel outside of Lhasa without the proper permit is illegal because individual travellers in TAR are not allowed. Foreign tourists have to understand this and assume all subsequent responsibility here.

4. TAR is not fully opened area. There are some places which are closed to foreigners, and even to Chinese. Please follow the local rules and regulations. When you're travelling outside of Lhasa, please check the current policy with the travel agency in Lhasa to see if and how you can go to the places in which you are interested.

5. If you book a tour outside of Lhasa, we will arrange the other permits and necessary documents for you according to your fixed itinerary. Once in Tibet, if you want to take another tour, please contact our partner agency in Lhasa. They hold the relevant information about your Entry Permit. You cannot obtain a Travel Permit or other necessary documents from other agency.

6. If you are planning to stay at a hotel which is higher than 3 star class in Tibet, please ask us to arrange for booking. If you book and check in a hotel by yourself, they might ask you to show the original permit and we won't be ready to come to help you immidiately.

7. You might not able to apply for visa extention in Tibet, and we can not hold any responsible for the problems caused by this reason.

8. Any change from the fixed itinerary is depended on the relevant policy and our partner agency in Tibet. We will not be held responsible for policy change. Even if we have all the correct documents, the policy may change unexpectedly. We will not be responsible for the cost of cancellation, change or delay due to the above reason.

9.If you give up the trip for personal reasons, such as poor health, we can not guarantee you any refund.

Special conditions for option 3

1. You can not get a copy of Entry Permit and this is for restrict your actions . But as long as you go to ask our partner in Lhasa who holds your permit, they can help you to book a tour outside of Lhasa to a restricted area without showing permit.

2. Under this arrangement, d ue to reasons such as policy change or political issue, you take the following risks .

2-1Your trip can be cancelled suddenly before the departure time, even if we have confirmed your arrangement or you have already paid. All the cancellation fee is on your side.

2-2After arriving in Lhasa , if the political situation become very sensitive and serious, you may not be able to take a tour out of Lhasa . Because when you try to book a tour the agency may ask for your Entry Permit , but we may not able to help you to provide your permit . If you go to other travel agency for arrangement, they may refuse to deal with you , or ask you to pay for new permit which is issued by them.

2-3There may be other risks beyond our control that we do not know about.
