Is it possible to make advance reservations, and if so, how do I do so?

Can you give me any discounts?
Sorry but we cannot give any discounts. We already offer the cheapest price we can to all of our guests. As you know many of the other guesthouse's have now raised their room charge because of the travel season, but we still offer the same price.

I'm traveling on a tight budget. What are your economy rooms like, and can I make a reservation?
Our cheapest bed is only 30 yuan in the 6\8 bed mixed dormitory ensuit. And you can make a reservation if it’s available.

●Chinese visa extension
I am in need of a Chinese visa extension. Do you provide assistance or have any advice on how to do this?
You can extend a one-month visa at Entry-Exit office of Chengdu City PSB. The price is 160 yuan, and it takes 5 working days. We have also heard that you can extend your visa in one day at Entry-Exit office in Sichuan Provincial PSB or in Leshan,Songpan and Kangding city PSB office only for one day. If you are coming from Yunnan province, Lijiang is also one of the places where you can extend your visa easily.

Is it possible to extend visa Tibet?
It's hard to extend your visa in Lhasa, so you'd better arrange it before your enter into Tibet.

Can I pay by credit card?
Sorry but we don't accept credit cards.

Can I pay by Euro or US dollar?
Yes, we can accept most country's foreign currency.

Can you give me any discounts?
Sorry but we cannot give any discounts. We have already given the cheapest prices we can offer to our all guests. As you know many other guesthouse's room charge have increased now because of the travel season.

●Pick up service

Do you have a pick up service from the Airport?
If you are planning to take a taxi from the airport, we can also arrange a car to pick you up. This will make it easier for you to find our hostel, and you also don't have to worry about being cheated. If you need us to arrange the car, click here for further infomation about the arrangement.

Do you have a pick up service from the train station?
Yes, we do. It's free to pick you up at the train station but only available between 9am-9pm. Please let us know your arrival date, time and train number, and also the cities name that you are coming from.
